Hopkins Barn offers Insurance Protection at the time of checkout. This will ensure your purchase price is refunded due to lost, stolen or damaged product(s).
Insurance coverage is optional, however Hopkins Barn will not refund lost or stolen purchases.
Process to Return Damaged/Defective Items
Damaged/Defective products or general dissatisfaction with a product due to quality and craftsmanship not insured are covered by the following Refund Policy.
Items may be returned up to 30 Days after the receipt of your purchase.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them They must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt (proof of purchase).
1. Contact Hopkins Barn using the contact form.
Include the name/number of the item you wish to return with proof of purchase.
Inform us if the item is damaged, not as described, missing a part, etc.
Let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund.
2. Once you receive an email acknowledgment from Hopkins Barn:
-ship the item you are returning via the method of your choice (customer must pay for return shipping)
-include a copy of the original invoice
-ensure that all contents and original packaging are included with the item
-customer must pay for return shipping charges
-mail item(s) to the address provided in your acknowledgment e-mail from Hopkins Barn.
**Do Not Return Products to the Manufacturer
3. At such time your return is received and verified, Hopkins Barn will notify you and either replace or refund the purchase price of the item. (shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable)
If you do not follow the procedures for returns as described, a refund will not be issued.
Hopkins Barn will make every effort to ensure satisfaction, however, we can not do so unless there is communication from you the customer to us at Hopkins Barn.
The time it takes to receive your item and go through the verification process is dependent upon your location and the shipping method you use.
You should consider use tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without tracking. Hopkins Barn will be unable to issue a refund if we do not receive the item(s) in question.
